Tasks
- Provide assistance to business clients with their travel arrangements
- Collaborate with external partners to handle booking-related problems
- Aim to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-tier service in managing their requests and reservations
- Apply company guidelines to solve issues, while thinking creatively when standard solutions aren’t enough
- Take initiative to foresee and resolve potential problems before they arise
- Keep up with product developments and feature rollouts to stay informed about new offerings
Requirements
- Proficiency and experience with GDS Amadeus
- Experience in the corporate travel industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Empathetic and attentive to client needs
- Quick learner and tech-savvy
- Honest and trustworthy team player
- Passionate about travel!
- Native or Full Professional Level of German
- Full Professional Level of English
