Are you a driven and experienced Key Account Manager ready to take on new challenges in the DACH region? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join a market-leading international consumer electronics company in the heart of Munich.
Tâches
What You Will Do:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage and expand major retail accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—with a particular focus on online channels in Germany. Your goal: boost market share, build long-term client relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in the DACH region
- Drive sales through strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and top-notch execution
- Identify market opportunities and implement action plans to increase revenue
- Monitor and optimize account performance, aligning with sales KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and planning teams
- Provide detailed reporting and data-driven sales forecasts
- Stay on top of consumer electronics trends and suggest product expansion ideas
- Travel regularly to trade shows and client meetings to present solutions and strengthen relationships
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance work culture
Compétences requises
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Key Account or Sales role, preferably in consumer electronics
- Proven ability to manage retail and e-commerce accounts
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
