The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing and dynamic company that offers high-performing solutions in debt collection, invoicing, and credit risk assessment.

Tâches

As a Business Developer, your core mission will be to grow and strengthen the company's presence in key regions. You will:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the assigned region (Broye Vaudoise, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura, Biel, and Bern)
  • Represent the company at professional events
  • Build and strengthen the brand image
  • Retain and expand existing accounts
  • Improve the sales process and contribute to the development of commercial strategy

Compétences requises

  • Background in financial services
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar role; experience in debt recovery or invoicing software is a strong advantage
  • Native French or German speaker (Swiss German ideal), with excellent command of the other language
  • Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ideally from or well-networked in the assigned region
