Account Executive / Business Developer (M/F)

Tâches

As part of the development of our Geneva office, we are recruiting an Account Executive / Business Developer.

You will be responsible for independently building and developing a client portfolio.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Identify target companies and prospects: SMEs, mid-sized companies, large corporations.
  • Multichannel prospecting (phone, email, etc.).
  • Convert leads generated by marketing initiatives (SEO, inbound marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings and engage with HR decision-makers.
  • Closing deals by proposing tailored commercial strategies.
  • Client follow-up and retention in collaboration with a Customer Success Manager.
  • Promote and sell our innovative solutions, including a SAAS subscription offering.

You will also contribute to:

  • The development of commercial strategies.
  • Cross-functional improvement projects.
  • The evolution of the services offered.

Compétences requises

  • Strong aptitude for sales and business development.
  • First successful experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B service sales in Switzerland, ideally in the human resources or recruitment sectors.
  • Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Fluency in German or Swiss German is a strong plus.
