Technical Sales Engineer ( english job in Germany)

The Technical Sales Engineer will lead DevOps-related pre-sales and post-sales activities while acting as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders. They will drive technical customer onboarding, manage proof-of-concept development, and resolve DevOps challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Languages Required:
*English: Minimum C1 (mandatory).
*German: A plus, but not mandatory.

Remote Policy: Hybrid. Flexible office presence based on onboarding requirements and periodic team meetings.

Team Structure: Reporting to the CTO and/or CEO, the team includes:
*3 DevOps Engineers.
*3 Sales Engineers.
*Travel Requirements: No significant travel requirements specified.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Expertise:
*5+ years in DevOps, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Project Management.
*Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
*Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Leadership & Project Management:
*Proven ability to lead technical customer engagements.
*Experience in balancing customer, DevOps team, and business goals.

Stakeholder Communication:
*Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving & Analysis:
*Analytical skills for creating tailored technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
*Knowledge of internet topology, carrier-grade network structures, and routing protocols.
