Position: Senior Controller
▪ Location: Ludwigshafen, Germany.
▪ Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 remote days per week).

Languages:
▪ German: Fluent (C1 minimum).
▪ English: Conversational (B2).
1) Financial Controlling:
▪ Oversight of financial performance metrics and cost analysis.
▪ Provide accurate financial data to support decision-making processes.
2) SAP Expertise:
▪ Efficient use and management of SAP systems for financial data management.
3) Collaboration:
▪ Work closely with two other controllers and the Head of Controlling.
4) Process Improvement:
▪ Identify and implement strategies to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Must-Have:
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business administration).
▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling.
▪ Proficiency with SAP systems --> SAP R3
▪ Strong team player with reliable and detail-oriented work habits.
