Your role at zolar

• Oversee functionality of the shopping cart, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Work closely with the pricing team to ensure accurate and transparent price calculation, implement functionalities supporting various pricing and discount strategies.

• Develop and manage discount implementation in collaboration with sales and pricing teams

• Streamline the checkout process to minimize friction and reduce abandonment rates.

• Work closely with sales to ensure the guided sales process is frictionless and supports high value sales

• Lead the development process for improvements in the existing payment solutions

• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in the payment industry.

• Manage the migration of the ecommerce functionalities into a headless commerce solution

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure a smooth transition without disruptions to the user experience.

• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to key stakeholders.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and customer support.

• Stay informed about relevant ecommerce regulations and ensure that the platform adheres to all legal requirements.

What you will need to bring

• 5+ years proven track record or experience in product manager / product owner/ business analyst/ operational manager roles; preferably with ecommerce experience

• Must have previous experience in the cart management, checkout and payments solutions.

• Strong ability to drive cross-functional teams as well as projects. Needs to be able to understand & structure processes, prioritize, communicate and escalate.

• Solution-oriented mindset, adaptability & pragmatism, drive and autonomy.

• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Language: English is a must, professional German is a plus.
