As the Team Lead for Brand communications and experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving various aspects of our brand long-term strategy. You will play a critical part in shaping our brand's perception and driving engagement with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand communications and experiences that resonate with our customers, contributing to the overall success of our Brand.

Your role at zolar

  • Setting up and leading long-term brand projects and initiatives, such as Go-to-Market launches and communication strategies.
  • Executing our value proposition effectively in all communication efforts, aligning messaging with our brand identity and strategic objectives.
  • Bringing the customer's voice into the organization by ensuring that feedback is effectively heard and integrated into our brand development processes.
  • Leading the creative production (content and design) for incoming creative requests, including performance & partner communications, while ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.
  • Ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice across all touchpoints within the organization.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster their growth and success within the organization.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluating and evolving brand strategies and tactics in response to market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and business goals.

    What you will need to bring

  • Proven experience (+5 years) in brand management with a track record of successfully leading long-term brand projects and initiatives, including Go-to-Market launches and communication strategies.
  • Experience leading communications and creative teams and overseeing the development of creative deliverables across various channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in German as well as in English, with the ability to effectively convey customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholders, influencing strategic brand decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice principles, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints within the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven track record of effectively developing teams of brand professionals.
  • The ability to think outside the box, and develop unique brand communication strategies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and business goals to continuously evaluate and evolve brand strategies.
