We are seeking passionate individuals to join our after sales- "post booking" team, dedicated to teamwork, and delivering unparalleled services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality, while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.

• Act as our customer's primary point of contact
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Be a part of a highly motivated team that enjoys teamwork, and delivering the best guidance to our customers
• Develop rapport with our customers in all interactions; offer solutions - not excuses
• Assist our clients by turning their boat holiday dreams into a reality
• Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our product development
• Proactively improve processes for you and your team

• Fluent in German and English - speaking and writing
