As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality, while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.

• Be an integral part of our sales team, driven by high targets and revenue generation.
• Assist clients in converting boat holiday requests into bookings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence product development.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Passion for sales, with a drive for achieving high targets.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a compassionate and open demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and close deals effectively.
• Self-confidence, proactiveness, and determination to succeed.
• Fluency in speaking either Dutch, Italian, German, Spanish or English at Native level, any additional languages are considered a bonus.
• Based in Athens, Greece.
