Are you a skilled Multi-Trade Operative with experience in kitchen and bathroom installations? Our client, a rapidly growing property services company, is expanding their team and looking for a talented individual to join them.

The Role:

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Multi-Trade Operative, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations, refurbishments, and maintenance works across a range of sites including hospitality, retail, leisure, and residential properties.

What We’re Looking For:

You will have strong experience across multiple trades, particularly within kitchen and bathroom installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering kitchen and bathroom installations, refurbishments, and maintenance works
• Working on live commercial and hospitality sites while minimising disruption
• Ensuring work is completed to high quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Liaising with site managers, clients, and other trades
• Completing work within agreed project timelines
• Recording completed work and identifying any additional repairs required
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organised work areas

Key Skills Include:

• Proven experience delivering kitchen and bathroom installations in commercial or domestic settings
• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry (units, worktops, doors, skirting, architraves, boxing-in)
• Plumbing works relating to kitchens and washrooms (basins, WCs, urinals, taps, pipework and soldering)
• Wall and floor tiling, including preparation and waterproofing
• Drylining, studwork, and minor plastering/making good
• High-quality decorative finishing
• Ability to work from drawings, specifications and method statements
• Experience working on live commercial sites
• Own tools (110v or cordless)
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Fire door awareness or installation experience
• Previous work within hospitality, pubs, restaurants, or commercial fit-outs
