Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Redhill, Surrey (own transport essential)
Tasks
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries — providing friendly, reassuring, and efficient support.
- Log, track, and resolve IT issues in the service management platform.
- Learn hands-on across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking.
- Liaise with the wider technical team to find solutions that delight customers.
- Play a key role in maintaining an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.

You don’t need a degree or existing IT qualifications — training and mentorship are provided. What matters is:
- You enjoy solving problems and helping people.
- You’re confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
- You’re organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
- You have previous experience in a customer-focused role
- A passion for everything IT - You see technology as something to explore and grow with — not something to be intimidated by.
