General Builder / Multi Trader Self Employed

Our client is looking to recruit 2 experienced and reliable General Builders / Multi Traders to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and can deliver high-quality workmanship across multiple trades.

You’ll be working across a range of residential projects throughout Surrey, including occupied homes, so professionalism, excellent communication, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace are essential.

📍 Location: Surrey (must live locally)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Self-employed (UTR / CIS)
💰 Pay: £200 per day (less CIS tax)
🕗 Hours: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts
🚀 Start Date: Immediate

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building, plumbing, and multi-trade work to a high standard
• Work independently and use initiative to complete tasks efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to client expectations
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment, particularly in occupied properties
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Travel to various sites across Surrey using your own van

✅ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience and 5 years’ general building experience
• CIS Registered: UTR number required
• Driving: Full UK driving licence and own van (cars or trucks not suitable)
• Location: Must be based in Surrey
