As we push the boundaries of product sustainability, we're looking for a Growth Manager who embodies our drive for innovation and impact. This role is for those eager to challenge the status quo, combining creative lead generation with strategic funnel management and closing deals. • Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies, targeting both the DACH & European markets to expand Yook's influence and customer base.
• Lead discovery calls, providing insightful analysis and identifying the potential for Yook's solutions within new markets.
• Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, from initial engagement to closing deals, with a focus on building strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Utilize a variety of lead generation tools and platforms to identify potential accounts that align with Yook's strategic objectives.

• Extensive experience in B2B sales, growth hacking, or related fields, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English, capable of conducting business and presentations in both languages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and influencing others.
• A commitment to driving sustainable change and making a positive environmental impact.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and mutual support.

We are located in Hamburg, but we promote a hybrid company setup so this job could be done fully or partly remotely (within CET timezone) - in those setups we ensure regular travel for on-site meetings. However, any applicant needs to already have an EU residency and working permit.
