In your role as a Junior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Yook's growth, building meaningful customer relationships, and championing our brand in the sustainability space. Tasks
- Assist in organizing and conducting discovery calls with prospects in the DACH & European regions, learning to effectively identify and assess potential for Yook's solution.
- Support the management and progression of leads within Yook's sales pipeline, contributing to smooth transitions and successful sales outcomes.
- Utilize lead generation tools to help identify and engage with accounts that align with Yook’s strategic goals.
- Aid in conducting needs assessments for prospects, learning to tailor solution recommendations to their unique requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategies and execution, including organizing and participating in marketing events or webinars.
Requirements
- First-hand sales experience in a SaaS or related field is highly desirable.
- Fluent in German with a good command of English; ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with clients and team members.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to environmental change.
- Eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment, embracing collaboration and shared success.

We are located in Hamburg, but we promote a hybrid company setup so this job could be done fully or partly remotely (within CET timezone) - in those setups we ensure regular travel for on-site meetings. However, any applicant needs to already have an EU residency and working permit.
