This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Tasks
- Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, opening doors to fresh opportunities.Serve as a key representative of our client’s values and goals in the marketplace.
- Manage and support client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams composed of industry specialists to drive business strategies forward.
- Continually refine and contribute to the business development strategy alongside senior leadership.
Requirements
- An outgoing and engaging personality, with a proven track record in consultative sales.
- Ability to adapt communication style to various stakeholders, from start-ups to large corporations, HR professionals, and executives.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
- An excellent listener with a strong business acumen, able to spot opportunities and think strategically.
- Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry, including sectors such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medical technology.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR services is an advantage.
- Fluency in two languages (German/English or French/English) is required; additional languages are a plus.
