• Grow and develop the contracting tech business in Switzerland
• Work closely with top tech clients and candidates including some of the most innovative and exciting startups
• Work closely with your clients to help them navigate and pipeline future growth and hiring needs
• Take responsibility for delivering the best IT talent from a leading database and network
• Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
• Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client

• At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally on the Swiss market within IT
• German and English professional expertise
• Minimum University education
• Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• An unrivalled passion for the industry and technology
• Able to work autonomously and like an entrepreneur

• Based in Zurich but with flexible working including partial remote/home office and in the office in Zurich
