(Junior) Social Media Manager - German speaking (m/f/x)

Are you passionate about the power of social media to connect brands with their audience? We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage a variety of social media tasks, from content creation to client communication, while helping to grow our clients' social media presence.

What you will do:

• Plan and execute social media editorial calendars
• Create engaging content tailored to different platforms
• Handle feedback calls with clients and publish posts on various channels
• Write compelling social media captions and suggest creative ideas
• Boost posts and manage basic paid media tasks
• Monitor and report on social media performance
• Manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages

Requirements

What we expect:

• Successfully completed a university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
• First experience with social media management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Passion and interest in social media trends and platforms
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings

• For this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of €31,300, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications
