Performance Marketing Manager (SEA) – German speaking (m/f/x)

What you will do:

• Collaborate with different clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their SEA strategies
• Work closely with our paid social experts to develop comprehensive media plans, that integrate search, display, and social advertising
• Ensure that analytics, tracking, and reporting are seamlessly incorporated to measure and optimize performance
• Implement and manage digital web tracking
• Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights

Requirements

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within agencies (for intermediate roles)
• Proven expertise in search engine advertising (SEA), including campaign setup, management, and optimization
• Strong skills in tracking and analytics is essential, with proven experience in tools like Google Tag Manager and Adverity
• Experience with data visualization (Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings

• For this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of €38,000 (for intermediate level) and €50,000 for senior roles, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications
