Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Build, manage, mentor, and grow a team of statisticians, data managers, and programmers, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Create, align, and execute the strategic direction for the Biometrics department in line with company objectives and regulatory standards.
• Provide statistical guidance in designing clinical development plans and protocols, and establish long-term solutions for data internalization, management, storage, and archiving.
• Supervise the planning and execution of statistical and data management activities for clinical trials, real-world evidence studies, non-clinical research, and other R&D initiatives.
• Actively contribute as a statistician on select projects, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of statistical analyses and data management outputs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and lead the preparation and review of statistical sections for regulatory submissions.
• Effectively communicate complex statistical concepts and findings to non-statisticians across various departments.
• Drive continuous innovation and improvement within the team and the department.

Dein Hintergrund

• Master’s degree / PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
• Sound knowledge of biostatistics and data management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven leadership skills and project management experience
• Extensive industry experience and statistical programming skills
• Fluent English
