We are looking for an Administrative Director to join our team in our engineering office in Bratislava and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This person will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure that the company functions effectively across HR, finance, legal, facilities, and general administration.

Tasks
Company Operations & Processes
- Develop, implement, and optimize internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulations (legal, tax, safety).
- Create documentation standards, file structures, and company templates.
HR and Team Support (in coordination with HR manager if one exists)
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Manage employment contracts, NDAs, and HR policies.
- Organize team training and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Office & Facility Management
- Ensure the engineering office (e.g., in Bratislava) runs smoothly (space, maintenance, services).
- Oversee IT support, software licenses, security, and equipment logistics.
Finance & Budget Oversight (in support of CFO or accountants)
- Control budgets for admin departments (HR, office management, legal).
- Track internal cost efficiencies, contracts with vendors, office expenses.
Legal and Regulatory
- Coordinate with external legal advisors.
- Maintain corporate documents, contracts, and compliance records.
Internal Communications
- Keep executives informed about company operations.
- Support planning and execution of company-wide meetings, reports, and updates.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in administrative or operational roles, ideally in engineering, construction, or technology sectors;
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, Legal Studies, or a related field;
- Experience working with leadership and managing cross-functional support teams;
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion;
- Fluent in English (German, Slovak, or Czech is a plus );
- Proficient with ERP systems, Excel, and tools like Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.
