Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
- Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Coordinate and supervise property renovations and repairs
Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and safety standards
Tenant Relations:
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Resolve tenant issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct property showings to potential tenants
Screen and approve tenant applications
Financial Management:
- Monitor rental income and expenses
- Collect rent payments on time
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence
- Utilize property management software to streamline operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements
- Reliability/Punctuality
- Professional attitude, ability to properly represent Trone Properties in a pleasant and cheerful manner
- Proficient in typing and computer skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
- Valid driver’s license
