Groundskeeping Manager
Trone Rental Properties is seeking a full time Groundskeeping Manager.
Tasks
This position includes managing all groundskeeping and snow removal equipment and it's repairs. Scheduling tasks for the team each day. Tasks include, mowing, weed eating, planting, raking, gutter cleaning, cutting down trees, power washing buildings, snow removal and many other duties related. Additionally, the Groundskeeping manager will inspect all properties and assist in making decisions as to how to improve the development and appearance.
Requirements
Experience in the field is required. You must have the ability to lift 50lbs., remain on your feet all day and with stand all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience and will be able to provide references. Additionally, we looking for a self starter with a positive attitude.
