💼 About the position:
We’re looking for a B2B Senior Industrial Sales Executive — a sales powerhouse ready to bring clean solar energy to businesses across Mexico! You’ll work with our Sales team, CEO, Product Leads, and partners to identify business opportunities, map effective sales strategies, and position Bright’s solutions to drive growth. Your goal? Help us hit 66 MW of solar projects by June 2025. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love closing big deals, and know how to build strong relationships — this is for you.
Tasks
💻 What you’ll do:
- Build and scale partnerships: Develop targeted strategies to create and grow high-impact partnerships, ensuring mutual success.
- Crush sales targets: Own and exceed sales quotas by optimizing partner performance, tracking data insights, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations: Manage complex sales cycles (3–6 months), negotiating high-value contracts ($2–10MM MXN) with senior decision-makers.
- Support partners end-to-end: Guide partners through every stage of the sales process — from onboarding and training to proposal execution and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product) to align strategies, enhance processes, and deliver solutions that partners and clients love.
Requirements

- A Sales Rockstar: 6+ years in B2B sales, with a track record of closing high-value deals and smashing quotas.
- Dynamic and proactive: You don’t wait for opportunities — you create them. You're driven, energetic, and always thinking ahead.
- A strong communicator: Charming, clear, and confident — you know how to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Consultative closer: You sell solutions, not just products, tailoring strategies to fit each partner’s unique needs.
- Pipeline pro: Skilled in managing and optimizing sales pipelines, turning leads into loyal partners.
- Results-obsessed: Focused on exceeding goals, you push through challenges with resilience and determination.
- Relationship builder: You build trust effortlessly, ensuring every client and partner sees the value in working with Bright.

- Experience in solar energy sales or renewable energy solutions.
- Familiarity with distributed generation regulatory schemes in Mexico.
🎯 Your Impact — Key Results (OKRs):
- Objective: Capture 30% market share in Mexico's industrial solar sector.
- Key Result: Increase post-commissioning weighted average IRR of all industrial projects by 1% by Q3 end (from 23% in Q2).
- Objective: Maximize customer lifetime value.
- Key Result: Achieve 100% conversion rate from Welcome Call to commissioning approved at 120-day cohort in Q3 (from 67% in Q2).
- Key Result: Ensure 100% SLA compliance for Industrial projects from Ops and CE teams in Q3 (from 81% in Q2).
