🎯 Generate & Qualify Leads – Identify and research potential gaming industry clients (developers, publishers, platforms) who could benefit from Terminal3’s services.
📞 Outbound Prospecting – Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with key decision-makers.
🤝 Book Meetings – Secure introductory calls and demos for the Business Development team with high-potential prospects.
🔍 Market & Industry Research – Stay up to date on gaming and fintech trends to tailor outreach strategies.
📊 Track & Optimize Performance – Maintain and update CRM records, report on outreach efforts, and continuously improve conversion rates.
🤝 Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
✅ Some hands-on experience/internships (6 month+) in sales, lead generation, or business development .
✅ Great communication skills – you're confident reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
✅ Genuine interest in fintech, gaming, and new payment technologies – you stay curious and up to date.
