*Contract* Senior System Engineer - Endpoint Management

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer with broad expertise in managing iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows 11 operating systems. In this role, you will be responsible for Client Management Solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation across multiple platforms. Experience with Microsoft InTune and ServiceNow for Incident & Change Management is essential.

This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be based in Switzerland.

• Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Manage Client Management Solutions using Microsoft InTune.
• Handle Incident & Change Management independently using ServiceNow.
• Ensure optimal configuration, security, and integration of diverse operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system performance and security.

✅ Proven experience as a Senior System Engineer managing Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
✅ Strong background in Client Management Solutions with Microsoft InTune.
✅ Expertise in ServiceNow for Incident & Change Management.
✅ Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructures and security standards.
✅ Fluent in German (mandatory).
✅ Currently residing in Switzerland.
