*Contract* Senior System Engineer - MacOS Expertise

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with expertise in MacOS to join our client’s team on a contract basis. If you have a strong background in 2nd & 3rd level support, Client Management Solutions with Microsoft InTune, and are experienced in Incident & Change Management using ServiceNow, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be based in Switzerland.

• Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for MacOS environments.
• Manage and optimize Client Management Solutions using Microsoft InTune.
• Independently handle Incident & Change Management via ServiceNow.
• Ensure seamless integration of MacOS systems into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues proactively.

✅ Extensive experience as a Senior System Engineer with a focus on MacOS.
✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft InTune for Client Management Solutions.
✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for Incident & Change Management.
✅ Solid background in 2nd & 3rd level support for enterprise environments.
✅ Fluent in German (mandatory).
✅ Currently residing in Switzerland.
