Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

What you will build together with us:

• You are responsible for SIDES' performance marketing channels in the areas of SEA (Google and Bing Ads)
• You initiate the creation of high-performance creatives and landing pages with our marketing team
• In the further development of the strategy, you optimize bidding, targeting, keyword sets and attribution models
• In monitoring and developing KPIs, you analyze the performance of the individual channels (ROAS, CAC) with well-known tools such as Google Analytics
• You constantly analysing the status quo, identify weaknesses and opportunities and develop test hypotheses from this
• You will further develop our tracking, analyses and dashboards

Your profile

What you add to our team :

• You have at least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing and data analysis as well as the creation of KPI-based reports
• You have a strong analytical mindset and are experienced in using analytics and Excel
• You have a good understanding of web technologies and tracking
• A big plus is if you have already worked successfully with CRM systems to round off your basic understanding of conversion in the sales funnel
• You are independent, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in German and English
