Product Manager (m/f/x)

Your mission

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive product discovery, analysis, and conceptualization, and continuously refine product offerings.
• Monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the development and execution of e-commerce strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business strategies.

Your profile

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in e-commerce.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in KPI tracking and proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience in UX design and optimization.

• Proficiency in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).

  Nice-to-have:

• Background in Food Tech or SaaS industries.
• Knowledge of Flutter frameworks.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery.

• Strong communication skills for both B2B and B2C environments.
