SAP MM Consultant for our Talent Pool in Germany

To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 -12 months.

Currently, we are looking for an SAP MM Consultant with experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 10 years’ experience in this role and excellent skills in English (spoken and written) and German (nice to have).

On-site presence in Germany required.

The specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as SAP MM Consultant
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business process management, SAP ERP, S/4Hana, IT and groupwide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap until hypercare)
• Expertise in consulting and support in the MM module under SAP ERP 6.0 and S/4 HANA, as well as in other software solutions related to materials management
• Cross-module knowledge of related SAP modules (e.g. PM, CO, FI and SD)
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 and S/4Hana MM as well as E2E Business Processes
• Basic MM customizing experience would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams, stakeholder communities and end users
• Agile mindset: Works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe)
• International or global/corporate experience and proven track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and German (nice to have)
