We are currently seeking for Communication Manager with at least 6 years of experience in international IT rollout and deployment programs.

Tasks

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in complex international IT rollout programs
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and/or communications within IT system rollouts
- Proven expertise in communication and stakeholder management, particularly in global, cross-cultural project environments
- Strong project management skills in both traditional and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of change management, communication, and training strategies in the context of IT implementations
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking and project coordination
- Excellent skills in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations, documentation, and communication materials
- Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a hands-on, proactive mindset when working with stakeholders
- Business-level proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
