Communication Manager - IT Rollout Programs (for our Talent Pool in Hungary)

We are continuously looking for experienced and highly qualified professionals to join our talent pool. We regularly staff long-term assignments in global environments, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months or more.

We are currently seeking for Communication Manager with at least 6 years of experience in international IT rollout and deployment programs.

Framework Conditions:

• Language skills: Fluent English and Hungarian required
• Contract type: Freelance (EU-based applicants only)
• Location: Hybrid, On-site in Budapest

The specific tasks depend on the client's needs for each project request.

• Minimum 6 years of experience working in complex international IT rollout programs
• At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and/or communications within IT system rollouts
• Proven expertise in communication and stakeholder management, particularly in global, cross-cultural project environments
• Strong project management skills in both traditional and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Deep understanding of change management, communication, and training strategies in the context of IT implementations
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for task tracking and project coordination
• Excellent skills in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations, documentation, and communication materials
• Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a hands-on, proactive mindset when working with stakeholders
• Business-level proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
