Right hand to the CEO - internship

Shayp is an innovative company providing IoT-enabled SaaS solutions for water anomaly detection in commercial and industrial buildings. Our technology helps large real-estate owners reduce water waste, detect leaks, and improve sustainability across their portfolio.

We are seeking a highly analytical and versatile intern to serve as the right hand to our CEO. In this dynamic role, you will support strategic initiatives, prepare market analyses, create compelling presentations, and represent the company at key events. This position offers exceptional exposure to all aspects of leading a growing tech company.

• Develop professional presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence research
• Perform data analysis to identify business opportunities and support decision-making
• Manage and organize follow-up actions from executive meetings
• Attend industry events, assist with pitches, and help identify business opportunities
• Support the CEO with various strategic projects and day-to-day operations
• Utilize AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity and research capabilities

• Current MBA or business degree student with min 3-4 years of previous work experience
• Excellent PowerPoint/presentation design skills
• Strong data analysis capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency
• Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal
• Exceptional organization and follow-through abilities
• Experience with AI tools and large language models is highly valued
• Comfort with public-facing roles and business development activities
• 6-month internship with potential for extension or permanent role
