Tasks
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Controller to oversee our financial operations and contract management. This role combines financial responsibilities with legal oversight to ensure smooth business operations, proper revenue collection, and contractual compliance.
- Manage complete invoicing process and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial documentation for accounting purposes
- Oversee collections and maintain healthy cash flow
- Process and prepare vendor and employee payments
- Review and manage all contracts (customers, partners, suppliers, employees)
- Ensure legal compliance across all business agreements
- Maintain organized contract management system
- Support the leadership team with financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Law
- 3+ years of experience in financial operations and/or contract management
- Legal background or experience with contract review and management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of AI tools for contract analysis is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities with fluency in English required
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company preferred
