• Develop and implement innovative algorithms and models in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Analyze and optimize existing AI models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Conduct research to identify new AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Prepare scientific publications and presentations to communicate research findings internally and externally.
• Evaluate data sources and data quality to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of new AI approaches.

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in developing and implementing AI models, particularly in deep learning and natural language processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, data processing, and machine learning algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate research into practical applications that enhance product capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English, with at least conversational proficiency in spoken German.
