We are looking for an experienced ML Ops Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of machine learning models. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and reliable. If you have a passion for automation, scalability, and optimizing ML workflows, this role is for you.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for seamless deployment and operation of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for machine learning projects.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of ML models in production environments.
• Ensure best practices for versioning, traceability, and reproducibility of models and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment, performance, and integration.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for deployed models.
• Maintain and enhance security, compliance, and data privacy standards within ML workflows.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and practices to improve MLOps processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields with a focus on machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ML services.Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar, specifically for ML pipelines.
• Proficient in using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to manage ML models in production.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English.
