We’re growing and looking for a CRM Lead to take ownership of direct communications with customers across all channels. We're looking for initiative, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong focus on impact. There's a lot of freedom — and just as much responsibility.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy
- Analyze retention, conversion, and decision-making speed
- Omnichannel Communication (Email, SMS, Push, Messengers)
- Identify growth opportunities, create and test hypotheses, and scale successful solutions
- Launch campaigns tailored to different cultural contexts
- Plan communications around seasonal patterns
- Set up and manage trigger-based communication flows
- Build journeys for all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing
- Experience working with CDPs (Mindbox, Maestro, ExpertSender or similar)
- Hands-on expertise in omnichannel marketing (email, messengers, push, SMS)
- Experience with long customer decision cycles
- Skilled in setting up personalized and trigger-based communications
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- English level B2 or higher
- Russian is required
