Tasks
- Create and maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalog.
- Update product information and ensure data accuracy.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to verify and improve listings, both esthetically and accurately.
- Provide product recommendations to customers.
- Advise internal teams on catalog optimization strategies.
- Review and reconcile supplier purchase orders and resolve order or price discrepancies directly with suppliers.
- Continually support the purchasing team throughout their workflows.
- Drive continuous improvements in catalog management and operational processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Catalog management or Operations.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with analytics platforms and mid-to-advanced Excel skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured, and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
