RULEMATCH Europe AG, based in Liechtenstein, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (80-100%). In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the management secretariat of both the Liechtenstein and Swiss entities, supporting the team with your administrative and organizational skills in all matters. You will report directly to the CFO and contribute to the growth and success of RULEMATCH's vision in digital finance.
Tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other administrative tasks including scanning, reviewing, and filing.
- Maintain and organize filing and document management systems.
- Schedule and book meetings, events, and appointments as well as handle the calendar and agenda for the executive management and board of directors.
- Perform secretarial duties and provide general administrative and organizational support as well office management and facility management.
- Provide basic accounting assistance.
- Take part in the meetings and workshops and take the minutes.
- Onboarding support of new employees (infrastructure supply).
Requirements
- Commercial training with several years of experience in a similar environment.
- Quick comprehension, editorial skills and good communication skills.
- Practically minded and not shying away from any tasks.
- Organisational talent, flair for IT and digital affinity, precise work, resilient and flexible.
- Very proactive, independent, trustworthy and team-orientated.
- Very good active knowledge of German and English.
