Market Operator

RULEMATCH is a Fintech venture operating a trading venue in the field of digital assets, led by founders with strong industry knowledge and backed by world-leading partners.

The Market Operations department is responsible for the smooth operation of all trading-related processes.

• Operate and support the continuous development of our trading venue
• Supervise the trading activity of our participants and maintain the daily clearing and settlement process, always ensuring fair and orderly markets
• Monitor our best-in-class matching engine and its peripheral integrations
• Manage projects linked to new business offerings and test upcoming features of the platform
• Participate in the technical onboarding process of our incoming participants and handle their relevant querries
• Work closely with different departments within RULEMATCH such as Compliance, Sales Team, IT and the Executive Management

• University degree (Bachelor level) or equal education in Business, Finance or Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the financial sector, preferably in a trading or middle office related function
• Firm interest in digital assets and developments in the blockchain space. Previous professional experience in this sector is a plus
• Initial experience with electronic trading communication protocols (e.g. FIX, OUCH) or international transaction systems (SWIFT) is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, affinity for systems is a must
• Motivated and responsible personality with a strong team-player attitude and the ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English; German, French or other European languages are of advantage
• Dedicated to work night shifts including weekends

• Annual salary of CHF 120’000 and additional participation in the increase in value of the company
