Tasks
In this role, you will join our Kajo Operations team, leveraging your expertise in scheme compliance to help customers get the most out of Kajo. You will not only analyse the evolving scheme requirements but will actively engage with customers and the payment networks as well as collaborate closely with our product team.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Monitor and evaluate scheme publications (e.g. announcements, business news, bulletins, rulebooks etc.) to understand their impact fully.
- Write guidance on scheme publications that help customers understand how certain changes might affect their business and what to look out for.
- Proactively engage with our customers and help them to establish Kajo as a solution within their organisation.
- Analyse customer usage data to guide them on how to best make use of the tool and work closely with Sales to identify the potential for upsell opportunities.
- Support the product team in defining requirements for new features and improvements, both for the customer-facing application of Kajo and the internal user interface.
- Onboard new customers to the Kajo platform. Hold workshops and educate the customer on how to best set up and use Kajo.
- Champion the relationships with the schemes to allow Rivero direct and full access to all publications.
- Contribute and participate in Rivero webinars to share insights with our customers about relevant rule and regulation changes and the Kajo product.
- Build a strong understanding of how the Kajo product operates and how it is best used. Hold training sessions and educate users about how to use Kajo effectively.
