Tasks

The Customer Billing Executive is responsible for managing customer billing processes, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves direct interaction with clients to resolve inquiries and discrepancies, processing transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, CRM systems, and payment platforms, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscription updates, process refunds, and handle missed payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in the CRM system and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Distribute billing notifications and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist with the monthly disbursement of incentives and bonuses for revenue teams.
  • Conduct sanity checks on customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.
