The Customer Billing Executive is responsible for managing customer billing processes, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves direct interaction with clients to resolve inquiries and discrepancies, processing transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient billing operations.
