Tasks

As a Sr. Sales Account Executive, SMB Segment, you will have the opportunity to play an active part in increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team.

You will be expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical comprehension, product expertise, business acumen, and overall industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
  • Proactively consult with customers in an inbound and outbound effort to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business
  • Capable of providing customized demonstrations of the RepairDesk’s product offering to prospects spanning a multitude of roles
  • Thoroughly understand all aspects of the RepairDesk products to explain the technology to all types of users
  • Be a crucial component of the sales process and work in partnership with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience
  • Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/meetings/emails per day, and attending customer meetings on time
  • Adhere to CRM practices and maintain its hygiene
  • Follow the sales process and abide by the rules of engagement

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Consistent track record of selling complex solutions and able to make the complex sound simple
  • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; business/management is preferred.
