Copywriter/Community Manager

We are a premium brand in the financial and investment sector. We seek a copywriter and content manager who understands that content is a tool for business growth, not just beautiful words. We need someone who can work with all content formats: presentations, landing pages, social media, email funnels, and more.

1. One-Pagers and Presentations

• Regular updates of company materials and presentations.
• Uploading and maintaining order in DocSend.
• Optimizing the structure of materials for user convenience.

2. Data Management

• Keeping company data up to date in Core.
• Adding news and providing timely support to managers.

3. Website Content

• Adding and updating texts and documents.
• SEO optimization and improving user experience.
• Managing the blog and FAQ section.

4. Social Media Management

• Manage the Telegram channel and create engaging content.
• Preparing materials for YouTube and managing live chats.
• Managing LinkedIn with a focus on HR and brand media.

5. Reputation and Events

• Working with reviews and maintaining the company's reputation.
• Preparing promotional texts and event materials.

6. Sales Support

• Updating sales scripts and email funnels.

7. Brand Development

• Developing the brand platform and key messages.
• Establishing a unified tone of voice

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content management.
• Understanding of digital communications, SEO, UX, and different content formats.
• Ability to quickly find and verify information.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher; knowledge of Kazakh is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with financial or tech projects.
• CRM proficiency.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven solutions.
