Tasks

  • Planning and achieving sales targets for the department
  • Developing and optimizing sales department business processes
  • Analyzing department performance metrics and KPIs
  • Managing objections and assisting in closing deals
  • Attracting HNWI clients, selling investment products and advisory services across asset classes, primarily Private Equity (Pre-IPO), bonds, and structured products
  • Conducting regular client portfolio reviews to ensure risk levels align with planned targets
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure premium service quality
  • Coordinating with the compliance department to ensure adherence to KYC and Due Diligence procedures and standards
  • Recruiting, training, and developing new employees to achieve results
  • Leading team meetings, briefings, and strategic sessions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the financial sector in a relevant position
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients (HNWI)
  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • Strong ability to provide feedback and train employees
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
  • Relevant higher education is an advantage
