Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Radisson Hotel Group in Cologne at Radisson Blu Hotel. The Front Office Manager will oversee office administration, ensure customer satisfaction, manage front office operations, and facilitate communication within the team and with guests.

Requirements

  • Office Administration and Front Office management skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
