Senior Project Manager (Global Payroll Rollout / Payroll MaaS)

For an international project in the Manufacturing / Robotics sector, we are looking for an experienced Global Payroll MaaS Project Manager to support a global Payroll MaaS rollout as part of a PM as a Service (PMaaS) engagement.

The project focuses on the global rollout of a Payroll MaaS solution across multiple regional entities. The Project Manager will be embedded into the internal project governance structure and will be responsible for end-to-end project steering, vendor coordination and delivery control.

A key focus will be on critical integrations and stable data flows between:

• Starda Payroll MaaS
• Workday HCM / Master Data
• Kyriba Treasury / Payment Posting

Aufgaben:

• Lead and coordinate the global rollout of a Payroll MaaS solution
• Set up and manage project plans, milestones and stage gates
• Manage multi-country rollout waves, go-lives, hypercare and stabilization phases
• Own RAID management: risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Drive change control and ensure structured decision-making
• Prepare and deliver steering committee updates
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover readiness and go-live approvals
• Manage vendor performance and ensure SLA-compliant delivery
• Ensure stable data flows between payroll, HCM and treasury/payment systems
• Coordinate stakeholders across global, regional and country-level teams
• Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, residency and financial control requirements

• Prepare audit-ready evidence and secure country-level sign-offs before each go-live

• Active project management certification, e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Proven experience in global payroll projects
• Strong experience with Payroll MaaS or payroll transformation projects
• Experience in multi-country rollout planning and execution
• Integration experience with Workday HCM / Master Data
• Experience with Kyriba or treasury/payment posting processes is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare processes
• Solid understanding of compliance, information security, data privacy and financial controls
• Experience in vendor management and SLA-based service delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills in international environments
• Fluent English language skills
