Cloud Implementation Specialist (gn) - Remote in Germany

Then we have just the right opportunity for you: Become a Cloud Implementation Specialist (gn) in our Customer Care Team!
This position is available immediately – either at our headquarters in Fulda or fully remote within Germany.
Since you’ll be in regular contact with our customers, you should be willing to travel moderately, approximately 20–30 days per year.

Your Role

​As a Cloud Implementation Specialist (gn), you actively contribute to our customers’ success through expert consulting, smooth implementation, and innovative solution strategies:

• Ensuring optimal setup of the provided applications at our customers
• Guaranteeing seamless integration of Proemion cloud services into the customer’s infrastructure
• Delivering all relevant Proemion services to customers based on their individual needs
• Consulting customers in finding solutions for their business challenges
• Documenting and analyzing customer requirements as a foundation for new product developments
• Describing the commercial value of future services from the customer's perspective
• Coordinating integration projects from planning through to execution
• Coordinating and executing Data Science projects to generate added value
• Supporting legal matters in collaboration with the internal legal team

Your Skills

Must haves:

• Experience with web service APIs
• Knowledge of web based authentication and authorization protocols
• Fundamental knowledge of web-browser technologies
• Experience with Python for DataAnalytics
• Git version control
• Fundamental knowledge of cyber security
• Skills in managing and ensuring continuous advancement of projects
• Ability to work independently with external customers
• Strong communication skills in English as well as German

• Open to adopt new methodologies and technologies
