Your Mission

As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in simulation model development, your mission is to conceptualize, design, and refine simulation models that drive our platform's analytical capabilities. By applying advanced analytical techniques and machine learning algorithms, you will create models that are both accurate and predictive, providing invaluable insights into the real estate industry.

Your Responsibilities

• You will develop and refine simulation models for various scenarios in the real estate industry.
• You will apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to enhance model accuracy.
• You will validate models with domain experts to ensure realism and compliance.
• You will conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and simulation techniques.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation models into the platform.

Your Profile

• You possess a strong background in statistics, mathematics, physics, or machine learning.
• You possess proficiency in programming languages like Python.
• You have expertise and proven hands-on experience in computer vision algorithm development or multi-objective and constrained optimization.
• You have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• You possess strong communication skills in German and English to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders.

  Bonus points:

• You have experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
• You are familiar with advanced simulation software and tools.
