Project Quality Inspector (Mechanical)

As part of a major industrial project located in Corsica, we are recruiting, on behalf of a leading client in the Oil & Energy sector, a Project Quality Inspector (Mechanical).

• Conduct quality inspections on mechanical equipment and installations in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Verify the conformity of mechanical materials and components before and after installation.
• Implement quality control plans and ensure full documentation traceability.
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure their implementation.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and safety teams to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and participate in internal and external audits.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in quality inspection on industrial projects, preferably in the Oil & Energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of applicable quality standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.).
• Proficiency in inspection techniques, measuring instruments, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
