  Key Responsibilities

• Process Ownership: Lead essential financial operations, ensuring excellence and innovation.
• Process Design: Develop scalable workflows and systems using advanced finance tools.
• Collaboration: Partner with tax advisors for precise, timely closings and compliance.

• Data Excellence: Maintain flawless data while driving automation and process improvements.

  Salary: The salary for this position is between 50.000 € and 75.000 € per year, depending on your experience.

  Location: Hamburg is the preferred work location, but a remote option is also available.

• Relevant Experience: 2–6 years of experience in high-energy or fast-paced environments.
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage financial processes with a growth mindset.
• Analytical Excellence: Structured and logical, with outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Impact-Driven: Highly motivated, curious, and proactive in driving ideas to execution.
• Organizational Precision: Detail-oriented, balancing accuracy with speed and efficiency.
• Language Proficiency: German (C2) and English (B2+).
• EU Work Permit: You posses a valid EU work permit.
